Valley Jump Park (“we”) runs this website. This page explains what information the site collects and how we use it.

Forms you send us

When you send a field trip request, contact message or job application, we receive the details you type (such as your name, email, phone and message). We use them only to answer you and plan your visit, party, field trip or application. Submissions are emailed to our team and stored in our website account. We do not sell your information.

Email list

If you join our email list, we keep your email address and, if you give it, your first name, along with the date and page where you signed up. We use them only to send Valley Jump news and deals by email. Unsubscribe any time by using the link in any email or contacting us below.

We do not sell or rent your information. If we use an email service to send our emails, we share your email address only with that service so it can send them. Valley Jump does not send text messages.

Tickets, passes, gift cards and waivers

Ticket, pass and gift card purchases and online waivers are handled by our booking provider, Aluvii, on its own pages. Information you enter there is processed by Aluvii under its own terms and privacy policy.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and which booking buttons are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Maps

Our Hours & Directions page offers a Google map. The map only loads when you choose “Show map”; Google then receives information such as your IP address under its own privacy policy.
